Information you choose to share
The contact form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and message. Your phone number, destination country and preferred university are optional. These details help us understand and respond to your enquiry. If you select the early-bird study offer, its campaign code is included with your enquiry so the team can identify the requested discount. Please do not include passport numbers, identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
How the contact form works
When you choose “Send enquiry”, your form details are submitted to our website server and passed to Resend to send an email to support@europathindia.com. Europath uses Resend as its email delivery provider. The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. Messages may be retained in email inboxes and by the email services used to process them.
Your enquiry is handled by our team in India. Resend and the email providers involved may process data in other countries. Read Resend’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing, and contact us for details of applicable transfer arrangements before sending sensitive information. If you use a direct email link instead, your chosen email application and provider also process the message.
AI website assistant
When you send a chat message or choose a suggested topic, your message and recent conversation are sent through our server to OpenAI to generate a response using the website’s information. The current page is used to identify the relevant country guide. The assistant provides general information and cannot make bookings, process payments or determine application eligibility.
Chat history is held in the current page’s memory, not saved to an application database or browser storage. We request that OpenAI does not store Responses API results, but provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. OpenAI may process information outside your country. Read OpenAI’s Privacy Policy. Please do not share identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in chat. You can contact our team directly instead.
Purpose and retention
Enquiries are used to respond to requests, discuss relevant services and manage related correspondence. Where GDPR applies, responding to a service request may involve steps requested before a contract; general correspondence may rely on the legitimate interest of answering enquiries. Legal recordkeeping obligations may also apply. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
